Sometimes people struggle with how to sponsor others into the business and often this is just because they are not asking the right questions to get to the heart of things; or not putting the emphasis on the prospect.

Generate interest in your business through your party, and have Opportunity Packets available to pass out. Have plenty and be generous in sharing your opportunity. Ask them to pass it on to anyone they might know also. Avoid putting too much into your packet. Less is more, You want it to get read!!!

Then, follow up to set appointment interviews for those interested. Success in sponsoring others comes as a result of -

Finding the need - filling the need. Asking good questions so that you obtain the information you need, as well as guide your prospect to the answers he/she needs to make a good decision puts you on the road to success.

What motivated you to meet with me today?

What would you say are the three most important things in your life right now?

What areas of your life would you like to improve?

How does that fit in with your 3 most important areas?

Have you had a business in Direct Sales before?

What interests you about having your own Direct Sales business?

How much would you like to earn monthly?

How quickly would you like to be earning that amount?

I have a complete training to teach you how to achieve that. How soon would you like to get started if you know the business is right for you?

What questions do you have for me?

Be sincere; be real and don't hype anything. If you are new, don't be afraid to express that and share the success stories of others in the company.

Create interest with your prospect - interest in you; your training and support as their sponsor; interest in your company. Most of all, create an interest in being part of something shooting to the top!

Expect Success!

I think its also equally important to be REAL with a prospect and to try and make some personal small talk with them by asking if they are married, have kids, things they like to do/hobbies, etc. It makes them feel more comfortable with you.
