Default Need partners from 3 different states .Sorry for leaving out the "e".
Hi everyone.
I'm looking for partners from 3 different states ( Colorado excluded ).
I'm running a small service geared towards small business owners.
We are basically creating websites for free. All they pay is the hosting.
Other services such as SEO,SMS marketing and others are also available for a cost.
As i live outside of the US i need 3 partners who will help identify small businesses that need online presence and offer them our attractive package. The partner gets % of all income from that client.
Please PM if it sounds interesting and you want more info.
Thanks.

`No offense, but I tend to steer clear of ads from people in other parts of the world. Maybe there are others on here who feel differently.

I don't know Element, have no clue what this offer entails - I do know Element has been active here for a while, on several areas of this board
One could probably look into the whois of Element's domain, google the username, etc to get a little history/idea about Element (I haven't)

It seems like there's some paranoia on this forum :)
The offer is pretty simple :
We approach small business without web presence or with a bad website and offer them a free website.
All they pay for is the monthly hosting fees.
The service will include :
1.Free domain and website
2.Basic onpage SEO
3.Updating their website once a week
4.Indexing in google within 3-4 days
The partner's responsibility is to find these businesses and " sell " them our service. Simple as that.
I have clients in Colorado and California who can vouch for me so that shouldn't be an issue.
Let me know your thoughts.

Why not just change it in your profile? You could have said you were in Timbuktu when you registered, whether you were there, the US or Europe.
Europe, like North America, is a big place. It might help people if you said where you actually are.

It's not actually in the world of do-anywhere business. It is vital in terms of building trust with those you hope will work with you.
Anyway, don't fret, your IP address will be available to those who need to know.

No one is interested in making easy money ?
Right there - that's the problem.
Big red flag!
If it's so easy then why not do it yourself? If it's so easy then give us examples of clients that you have - not just your website. If it's so easy then what are your reps in CA and CO making? Your website is not complete. Many of the pages in the site have little to no information and still have place holder text like "sub navigation". You show only two sample sites in your portfolio.
You want to brush off the skepticism but that will only make us more skeptical. Anyone who has worked from home has a high alert for too good to be true and to get the response you seek you should try to be more sensitive to that. Small things are the difference between a scam and a real opportunity.

just a key red flag.. regarding one of the web site links Element has posted... a very high majority of those "watch US sports online" sites are virus infected or illegal.....

oh and if the persons only getting a % of the monthly hosting fee each month.. it cant be much seeing as how most domains are extremely inexpensive so even that isnt much money being made.....

Let me address your concerns:
1.The website is not finished yet.
2.I can't do it myself because of two reasons :
- The time difference between me and the US
- I still don't feel comfortable speaking to fluent English speakers on the phone.Unless they are close friends of mine.
3.A ref. of mine from CA is Michelle , the owner of pbpfitness.com .She's a great person and a fitness trainer from San Diego. We were supposed to do this together but she can't spend time on this project right now.
4.Please explain the issue with "watch US sports online" - It's an affiliate site for a clickbank product. It's actually a satellite TV service you can use on your own PC.
5.Kelly please read my earning example posted earlier. I was saying : $10 per site monthly. That's $10 you get monthly for making ONE phone call.
Let me know if there are any other questions. Thanks :)

Let me know your thoughts.Hi Element... :) I just wanted to share a few things with you. When you post on a public forum, expect interrogation. It's public. People can ask you questions, give comments, etc. It has nothing to do with being paranoid but has all to do with experience. Nothing personal against the people here, because we are all in the same boat (I'm an interrogator too). :p
For starters, we don't like postings that say, "contact me for more information", (at least I don't). We like all the information up front. This really has become an issue for telecommuters because, jobs that are "outside" the home NEVER post jobs and tell you to contact them for more information. I don't understand why virtual businesses do this???? When people post jobs like this, it's an automatic red flag. Not to pound on you or other virtual businesses but companies need to learn that we don't like this. Now some companies do leave out some information for client confidentiality reasons and some are just scammers. If companies want us to treat a virtual job like a real one, then they should post jobs like a real one... not "contact me for more information" postings. Businesses waste thousands a month just by responding to people who are not interested in their job opportunities. The more information businesses post about their vacancies, the better we can make a decision about whether or not we want to pursue it. Not only does this not waste the telecommuters time, but it saves businesses time and money; plus they get more reliable and qualified people for they position and not just people who are inquisitive about it.
Second, since your job posting leaves out pertinent information, it just doesn't sit right with many of us. When we have to ask questions regarding your legitimacy, or to get more information you've already pretty much bummed it. We don't like having to ask questions about whether a company is legit, how and when we're going to get paid, it just make things complicated. Not only for us but for whoever is posting too. Put it like this, we like asking questions but don't like missing puzzle pieces and simply your posting has that. It's very vague and lacks key information about the position.
My only main concern with this offer is how you registered your business. Regardless of whether you were in the states or not when you registered your business, why would you register it for somewhere you don't live? That is a major issue and more than likely because of that, you won't get very many responses.
The first question that pop in my mind is soooo, where did you register your business license? Because you can't have a business license in the US and run a business from another country. Why haven't you changed the location on the domain side? This is one of the key schemes that scammers use. The are located virtually one place but their business is "so called" registered somewhere else. I can not even make up an excuse for you to explain why your business is set up this way. I'm a business owner myself and with your business being set up like this, there is no way, that your running this business legal....not unless this business is in someone else's name residing in the US and then that's another can a worms.

I completely agree with SmartChic. Your post raised red flags with me also, and for the same reasons. I was not particularly interested, so instead of responding, I when to the next thread. A person truly interested will ask all of those questions and then some. That is not to say that you are not offering a legitimate opportunity, just that with the minimal information you have posted, it would be hard to discern whether or not you are.

My bad for not clarifying things from the start.
As for the business registration part - SphinxMarketing is not yet a registered LLC.I never said it is.At the moment it just starts small. When we get the volume we will register it.Should really be an issue.
As for payments to the partners...There are a lot of options : PayPal,Moneybookers,Wire, etc.
If you're worried IRS wise, i believe that for any amount below $600 ( using paypal ...) per month you are fine. Please correct me if i'm wrong. As i said, once volume pick up we will register an LLC and make it 100% legit. Well an LLC or an offshore.Whichever will be better from fiscal point of view.
