There has been so much information floating around out there about the status of our company.

@ has started it's own blog! It has information about the current financial situation and I can't wait to see it - had to get the kids to bed first ;). There was also a Q & A from Kay on the company website with financial questions from January 15th.

I also appreciate the link from Bessy2 from a news article she saw. According to the article it sounds like it will be business as usual during the restructuring! :D

Personally for me the reason I did not like the spreading of rumors was because they only cause worry, which is ineffectual and drains your energy. I know this because I'm a worrier and have wasted way too much energy during my life on worry. :) I'm sure we'll be hearing so many things in the coming days and I think we need to be careful to focus on the facts (from @ and news) and not the rumors.


While @ goes through this situatuon I don't think it is productive to worry. We have so many amazing things to look forward too. After listening to my upline's call after she went to the NVP retreat her excitement was absolutely buzzing through the phone lines!!!! We have so many amazing things: NTC, 150 new products being introduced, the new calendar system and training, the new updated on-line things: FB page & blog, having Kay as our CEO! There are so many improvements!!!

I for one can't wait to see what's to come!

Julie, I got online just now to also post the link to the @ blog. :) You are right we need to focus on facts and not just rumors of those MLM blogs and stuff like that. Let's get it straight from the source! :)

Business is as usual! No change for the day to day basis and in the long run it will be much better for the company and our growth.

I cannot wait for NTC by the way! Anyone who takes their business seriously, does not want to miss it!!

If you are a consultant or preferred client you can log onto the @ website and in the internet consultant page go to restructuring and there is a wealth of information on there for you to see (including Kay's video).

I just found about this a moment ago. So those rumors were true. I was surprised with that total. However, I read the letters and the package. How do all you other consultants feel? My other 5 from me ENVP hasn't emailed me yet. I'm booked for NTC. I feel a little unsure.

I'm trying to start a new thread on this subject since the other was so long and we now have updated information. I am just sorry that not all of the consultants have gotten the information (I wish @ had been better about emailing them - at least I haven't gotten one yet).

I am actually still very optimistic. I heard a great call the other night from one of my upline NVP's who was so excited about the things to come. I truly believe in my heart that there are amazing things in our future and think we will see this at NTC. And not just because of the new products being introduced, but by the spirit of the people!

Despite this information we have so many strong things going on lately: Peter M. joining for product development, Kay taking over the helm, the great products that have been introduced over the last year, the new consultant calander and training...I just see great things for our future.

Thank you for speaking up. I am also in Canada and was very upset about the comments made about John. Whenever I've met him he has been so friendly (but not overly so as was said in another posting) and is very funny! While I don't know him personally I was very disappointed to hear him bashed - it's just not nice.

I also think you make a good point. Unless he promoted her without her having to go through the proper channels I think it's wonderful that his family thinks to highly of the company that his daughter would have her own business - it speaks volumes! This is not a traditional company setup and it's great to get family involved! I didn't say more at the time because I didn't want to feed into the situation. So yes you were speaking for many of us!!!

Since this is such a long thread with outdated information why don't we try to move this discussion to the newer thread on the same topic: "The News is Out!"

I recieve a notice a couple of hours ago that the letters would be going out today to each consultant.
The reason for the delay is that they had to find out if they needed to be sent by post or if they could indeed be emailed. They will be emailed. It is a very well written and positive letter and gave a website with alot of good info too.

I am an Arbonne lifer and look forward with so much expectation as to what God is doing in my life and in my Arbonne business this year and the decade to come!!

I am also very excited to be going to NY with the other 66 consultants who won the trip!! We leave 3 weeks from today!! We are staying at the Plaza!! So exciting!!

Did you get it yet? My team has gotten the letter today, it must have got out late last night.

Below is a link to a RVP in Arbonne who is an Attorney. It is only 12 minutes long, and explains the voluntary Arbonne Restructuring where it is simple and easy to understand. I believe RVP Kelly Corsmeier is in the successline of Cecilia Stoll. I received this from Cecilia and have listened to it and I encourage you to take 12 minutes to do the same.

Got this a few minutes ago Wanted to share the good news!:D

As most of you know, Arbonne is currently going through a Chapter 11 Financial Restructuring. There are a LOT of lies and innuendos out there on competitor blogs and websites. I just was in our monthly NVP Meeting, with up to the minute updates:
* We filed January 27, and Jan 28, appeared in front of the judge. The judge confirmed ALL our motions, which confirms that we are doing business as usual---all our comissions, product development, etc. As a matter of fact, the judge expressed a personal interest in Arbonne, asking about the anti-aging products. (CEO Kay Napier said she couldn't give him any products yet, lest we put him in an awkward position....lol) The judge also moved up the Confirmation Hearing, to Feb 22, which will set the date that all the proceedings are done. Every indication is that this whole process will be DONE by NTC next month!
* Arbonne General Counsel communicated that we need to expect that competitors are going to come after us, because of the caliber of our Consultants. Those competitors who are putting out false information, and attempting to recruit our Consultants, have been turned in to their companies for violation of DSA (Direct Selling Association) Code of Ethics. CEO Kay Napier has actually called specific CEO's of companies who are violating this code, and the CEO's have been very apologetic and responsive, and are addressing their own Consultants, in regard to this unprofessional behavior. Any specific people you know, please call me as your NVP, and I will forward that information to Ashley Goode.
* We are pledging $100,000 to the American Red Cross for Haiti, as well as sending product.
* Both our Sponsorship and our Sales figures are continuing to exceed projections. We are actually THRIVING during this financial restructuring!
* We have sold double our sales forecast for our Ready to Drink Protein Shakes. In the future, the straw will be attached to each carton. We anticipate that to be March. By the way, those straws are expandable/collapsable.
* Valentine's Day Aromassentials Packages---beautiful sets. $68 retail---only available through Feb. VDay's orders need to be placed by Friday, to receive holiday delivery!

* Areas in Paradise/700 people! We are bringing gifts by armored trucks. NTC around the corner. If you have NOT signed up, you MUST! You will be so sorry to miss it, even if you are brand-new. There are lots of people who are partnering up for rooms. It will change your business!

Product launches are always hush hush with Arbonne! That is what makes them so exciting!
The VP are always made aware a little ahead of time so that they are prepared for the launch.

You guys hang in there. I'm not with Arbonne, but I heard lots of rumors, and was suprised, I have a good friend that is in the company so came over to see what is happening, and was glad to learn you're just restructuring, and not leaving the industry. It hurts everyone in the industry, when a company that is as well known for quality, would close and leave reps holding the bag.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I hope everything works out well for all of you.

My friend in Arbonne is totally jazzed about the 30 (I think that's what she said) new products that are coming out this year.

Hey, I'm from Michigan and cleaning up your books with a fresh start is nothing new here. I enjoyed 11 years in Arbonne and still enjoy many of the products. Wishing all of you a fabulous "fresh start!"
