I have read this before, in Mike's magnetic sponsoring before revisiting MS again I never really thought about it much after reading it again I realize in my personal life I am a Alpha without question, on the other hand in my business I am on the edge of Pre-Alpha-Alpha lol if that make sense.

I saw the article link re-tweeted by Jonathan Budd on twitter and read it last night, I commented on the post as well! Now 183 comments, WOW!
So true, such a spot on piece!
I think many women have a fear of being dominant in anything be it household, relationship, business, etc...
Often people do not feel 'deserving' of good things in life and feel submissive, allow people to walk on them, and are afraid to step up and grasp what they deserve.
I feel anyone can be alpha, if they want to be, it just takes the burning desire to get from where you are, to where you want to be...
