I’m a very shy person and I don’t want to go to the gym for exercise. I can’t imagine myself with other people looking at me while working out. But I love the exhilaration that I get every time I finish a routine.
I’d rather download exercise videos and do them at home. Where can I get these?

I'm big fan of working out from home...
I am sure there are videos to download but my favorite site (they also have a catalog) is http://collagevideos.com
You get a wide range selection of some of the hottest work out vids, different types, and even reviews on how effective they are.
I personally like any The Firm videos, any Billy Blanks, and any Crunch series videos.
Not sure if they have any downloads though...maybe Biggest Loser site has it?

I've worked out at home for nearly 8 years when I moved to a small town with a crummy gym. I bought a "total gym" and love it, along with a treadmill. Now, I'm gearing up to get the Wii Fit! I've heard great things!
Good luck!
Good luck!

Not really sure about the on-line part but I'm starting the P90X.... Ok the infomercials make it look good, but infomercials make everything look good. I'll let yah know in a couple weeks how good it is :)

I like Billy Blanks myself. He pushes my body to (and beyond) my limits.
Wii fit is also nice and fun. It is not designed just for strength, but also to develop/exercise balance. Being that you "play" makes exercising fun and not a chore.

I know that you can download them from Amazon.com and you can also watch them on vevo.com as well.
I am a big fan of the Leslie Sansone walk away the pound tapes I have a few of them. I also check lots of videos out from the library. That keeps me doing different workouts and keeps things refreshing for me. It may be a little corny, but I even like the Richard Simmons tapes.

If you’re the type who surfs the Internet, chances are you could easily find exercise videos that way. One that I came through while I was browsing was Workouts on Demand Exercise Video Downloads: Perfect for busy women -- Workouts On Demand (http://www.workoutsondemand.com). You can try and see if this solution works for you. And good luck on finding the right stuff that suits you.

Try this site:
Exercise, Fitness, and How to Lose Weight - ExerciseTV (http://www.exercisetv.tv)
It's got a ton of free exercise videos, and a lot of the hosts are celebrity trainers. I've done a cardio workout, as well as a lower body strength training one, and I think they're great!

I heard Pink talking about P90X on Oprah and had a look at it online...gosh that looks rough but considering she only does it when she is on tour and look that good...when I am feeling much better I might take more than a look.
