I have heard that Diane Dinkmeyer was let go. I know she wasn't on the webinar last week, but not sure if that has started rumors, or if the info is correct. Has anyone heard officially?

Diane is one of the original BC people. She was a director who got bumped up to RVP. If you were ever on the vip webinars, she is the woman who was leading them. I think with the new Freedom plan, they changed her title/job a bit, she was the go-to person for vip's. So I think it would be a bit weird if she were let go. But corporate is making so many other weird changes.....so who knows.

I asked my Director about this and she said that according to Diane's facebook page, she retired. I haven't heard anything else about it and am not friends with Diane on fb, but that's the info from my Director.

I did find her on fb. She did "retire" from corporate and they put her back as Sr. Director. TAlk about starting over. She's been with corporate for 9 years, I believe. I wonder if all the RVP's will be reassigned to director?

Yes, Diane Dinkmeyer has retired from her RVP position and will continue to support BeautiControl in her role as a Senior Director. I have known Diane for many years, and will miss her strong Leadership. I did speak with her this week and she is excited about new opportunities available to her. She will retain her team and move into a more active leadership of her group based inColorado. She shared that after almost 10 years ofher being in a corporate position, her team had never "missed a month" of making Director numbers.
As the entire structure of Beauticontrol corporate has changed over the last year, there have been many changes of roles and Leadership. I trust that those changes are made for the best interest of BC and growth of our company. Diane shared with me that she will continue the strong relationships she has been fortunate to build with Leaders all over the US and Canada.
