Hi Everyone,
I have a question regarding clients. Do you keep in regular contact with themabout re-orders/incentives/specials etc?
How do you do it? occasional phone calls or emails, snail mail letters, monthly newsletter, monthly email flyer, other? Do you send/give various samples out to your current clients?
I think follow-up is so important and just trying to figure out the best system to use.

I do! I do everything except for snail mail.
