Hi everyone I just started and I'm doing okay. I had a few
people sign up as clients and they placed orders at retail. My
question is how will I get paid? Do I still have to have $100 in
prv? I don't have anyone under me yet so I'm not sure it
matters. Thanks for your help.

If they placed orders at retail, then that will count toward your PRV.
If you just started you are only going to get paid on personally sponsored NEW consultants. You won't get paid on your own volume until you promote to district manager, which is why most uplines encourage consultants to get to that level as quickly as possible.

Do you mean I won't get the right now money? I know I won't get
paid on myself until I'm a DM but what about retail? I'm confused!

If you sell at retail you are making 35% up front (right now)because they are paying full price. You would either get that when they pay you or back in your check if they all pay with credit cards. You will always make 35% when you sell at retail.
You will not get paid (override) directly from Arbonne on your own personal retail volume until you become a DM.

Thanks! So since they paid with credit cards Arbonne will send me a check for my 35%.

Oh that's great! Just so I understand even though I don't have
$100 prv under my own name, I'll still get a check because the
clients count as my prv.
Thanks everyone!

your clients with client ID's count as your personal retail volume, but if you are consultant you won't get override commission from them til you are District, any client ID orders you will get the 35% in your check... as a consultant you get overrides from your personally sponsored consultants
