The week of January 25th, 2010 we have an opening at one of our satellite offices for remote support.
Details: Office calls would be forwarded to a phone number of your choosing so that you are able to
remotely support our office in the following:
Making Appointments
Answering Incoming Calls
Manage Current Service Tickets
Follow Up With Customers
Varied Other Office Tasks
The nice thing is this can be done from your home however we stress having a quiet professional home
environment is important. You most likely will get a mock call from a manager at some point throughout the
day, and should it not be handled professionally it's safe to say you would unfortunately be removed from
further dispatches or availability to work from home.
Making Appointments: The link is right on our website "Appointments" you either walk the customer through
it or complete it for them. The calendar is live time so there isn't ever double booking. Interested? Call
Gigapig HQ and we'll get you setup. We need coverage 6-8 hours daily the starting pay is 8.50/hr. This
would be freelance work and not W2 employment until March. Thank you, Gigapig Dispatch Our website :

Has anyone ever heard of this company? Do you have to live in Minneapolis for this position?
