Just got this from a sideline NVP who told me this happened. What is happening to corporate asking of their vps to take a cut

Ty is a big MLM person in another company; this is his blog. The interesting part, to ME, would be to see which VP's post comments to his post. It's the "secrecy", if you will, that is enshrouding Arb right now, that is leading folks to their mysterious assumptions and guesses. And puts the company in such bad (and possibly incorrect) light. Every company has it's ups and downs; hopefully Arb is on an upswing (if there was even as bad a condition as a lot seem to be indicating in recent posts here).

I don't think Ty is promoting himself.

Yes, the meeting was so secret that @ flew their NVPs to Hawaii and put it in the calendar. Now I'm not saying that this didn't happen, but I have difficulty believing they flew them to Hawaii to ask them to take a pay cut. Ty is with a competitng company and although he may not be promoting himself he would certainly like to see problems for one of his competition. (And maybe some of those ads on his blog page are for his business - the more people who go to the page, the more people see it.) And don't kid yourself, there are plenty of people who would start something negative just so they can contact you and say, "your company is having trouble so come and check mine out."

Arbonne has gone though some refinancing (and may have to do more - but as discussed this isn't always bad) but checking news stories and other sources for a few months around the time the only thing I could find was a post in this same site from Ty and responses to it.

Look, I am not saying to be an ostrich and bury your head in the sand, but you can choose to have doubts and look for problems or you can choose to work your business, follow your why and pursue your dreams! Contact your VP and have a heart-to-heart about your concerns, her/his answer may surprise you : )

Instead of promoting these negative threads here, like the one entitled bankrupcy, start a new thread about what you are going to do to succeed in your business. Of course you should ask questions, but after a while you have to decide if you are going to let rumours (most of which seem to be started by Ty's blog) paralyze you or are you going to use some of the new amazing trainings (like the new calendar) let you build your business.

This was only private with some high ENVPs not the basic nvps. They were the high ones from the millionaire club. The ones who are getting paid over 100,000 a month. It was never brought up with the regular meeting of the retreat. The other upper nvp that I know didn't go to Maui because she didn't qualify. The NVPs who went were ones who qualified.

My apologies, but I'm a little bit confused (I'm a slow girl, what can I say :-). Are you an Rbon consultant...I thought you had said you had gotten out a couple of years ago. Do you mind me asking why the post about the financing and now the secret meeting post?

I didn't post the thing on finance, not sure what you mean by that. There was only this and the new director in canada. I still had people email me who were from Canada. I posted this one since it was from a sideline nvp. I was only ??? it.

Well it is official, ARbonne is combined with over 500 million debt. Look at this off the press news. Chapter 11 filed!!! The rumors were not lies

Thanks for the link to the news article. Great that, according to the news article, that it will be business as usual during the restructuring!

I would just like to say that I don't think anyone said the rumors were lies, just rumors.

I am also so excited to see the link from rbonalabama for the new blog and can't wait to check it out now that my kids are in bed ;) The quick peek that I took had an interview with Kay about the current financial situation.
