I've seen this ad several places and was wondering if anyone has heard of this? I tried Googling it and tons came up on doing it, but nothing negative. Any thoughts?

I've been receiving emails and in my local paper. I've never heard of this before, which is why it caught my eye. When I did a search on it, all the hits did say a fee, which is a big no-no.

I would just be careful * If you know a local realtor or lender that might need this type of service, id say that would be much safer .

Yes, that was one of the ads that I saw and quickly got out of it after seeing the fee. That's a good idea about contacting local offices for this...thanks!
