Does anyone know what those little bumps on your arms are called? How do you get rid of them?

Hi -
I think you are talking about keratosis pilaris. Intensive moisturizing will get rid of it. Read here:

Me again. Maybe a good buffing with sea salt scrub followed by moisturizer would help.

the body serum and lotion (used daily)works awesome when combined with the sea salt scrub(used couple times a wk)
