Deb....I keep it simple. I give the hostess a 16 oz jar of her choice once the party is held.
She gets 10 % of the total sales in products of her choice. For each party booked (and after it is held)....I give another 16 oz jar. I find this works great, it is simple and the hostess loves it.

Deb, I do the same thing as Flicker.. But for each party book and after it is held, I give their choice of either a bella bar, or a pkg of Mia Melts...:)
