I don't know about anyone else I like the having a new scent each month, with anything else I am sure I will get use to the change. Excited about the plug-ins can't wait to order some of them. Anyone else here heard the call.

Yeah I am not sure I am to excited about it either....although thinking about it now that I have had time to soak it in it does make sense I sell those more then anything while the others sit in my closet plus I order them for my own personal use and to make samples so this will save me there as well. I guess we will see and like you said get used to it. The anticipation for the UPS truck to show up just wont be the same.

I'm a little sad to see it go. I enjoy the new fragrance every month--it's like a little bit of Christmas every month. However, I have had months where I didn't care for the fragrance and neither did my customers (they all seem to have similar tastes), so I wasn't able to move the scent. I can definitely see the perks for offering our best sellers each month.

Since we know what scents will be shipping each month for the next year, I may even start some type of discount club with my customers who commit to purchasing the scent in advance.

I am VERY excited and very happy with the new candle of the month program!
Our top 12 year round sellers now are the candles of the month.
Change is good! This opens the door, as they said, for them to introduce more lines of products and to expand our other lines.
There WILL still be new scents added as Bobby said at the end of the call.

New catalogs look so beautiful too!

So much great change going on now..the momentum is contagious!

I agree that change is good I adjust quickly, as I am thinking about it now I do see that it will be a good thing in the long run especially for new lines and other products down the road. Catalog cover is beautiful can't wait to get them it is perfect timing to since I need to order more. I have the fall catalogs ready for to go with a sticker to call for new spring catalog. I'm sure by tomorrow I will be good with the new change.

I agree with Debra. Change is GOOD and I am very excited about the change! SS has always been good to us distributors and they will continue to offer only the best for and to us.... keep that momentum going!!!!! :)

I am in Shock!!! haha Dont know what to think! It took me by surprise, I wasnt expecting that.. I too liked the new scents each month, Just like Debbie said... It was like christmas.. But maybe this means we will get more new items introduced rather than just a few.. Is it my understanding that basically the catalogs will be 90 day catalogs, then a new one comes out after that??? I am curious of the 2 new lines coming out.. and WOW 10oz jars coming out in Aug.. How cool is that..

I will miss getting my new scent every month....I have customers that just wait for it at our vendor booth. I am excited to hear of a smaller candle. We need that to stay competitive.

I am SO excited about this change! I have always thought how maddening it could be to keep coming up with new fragrances every month.

Now, I know I'm getting the top selling fragrances and new fragrances introduced!

This must free up so much time for Carmen and the rest of the team.

Listened to the call today and am so excited about the changes. The new COTM program is especially perfect for newbies. What a great idea, I think. It did take me a little bit to process the news, but I am now in love with the idea, and it makes really good business sense.

Looking so forward to the 10oz jars and can't wait to see what new products will come out in the fall!

I like the change because a lot of times, I find that my COTM is accumulated inventory because its not so much of a hit...most people in this area like the same scents.

The 10oz jars will DEFINITELY change the game for us! I can't tell you how many sales I've lost because the 16 oz was too much to "try" and the votive was not enough. Also, I've found that the 10oz seems to be the size of choice for most fundraisers.

I agree 100% with Deshia. A 10 0z. Jar is going to be tremendous addtion. I think we are one of few companies that don't offer a candle in between big and votive. They will also be easier to build a gift basket around.

The second I heard it on the webinar last night, I was cheering!

As a team leader and coach I have had many people who have gotten disheartened by getting multiple scents in a row that they do not like. When someone gets a scent they do not like, this often creates a mental road block for selling that particular aroma. Sometimes this would take the wind out of a newbie's sails before even getting glowing and growing!

Now, Mia Bella is offering the next year's worth of scents based on 4 years of sales data. They have chosen the next 12 months of aromas based on the top sellers for that specific month. (The list of all the upcoming scents was in the webinar) SOCP will *not* be in the lineup since it is the very first aroma to go out to all newbies and no scents will be repeated during the next 12 mo.

People can rest assured that they will have a TOP SELLER NATIONWIDE for eachparticular month, which is a huge asset and should lift any mental road blocks *even if the distributor is not fond of the aroma, they KNOW it's a best seller*

This is allowing more time and money to grow other lines, Bobby mentioned that Spa Sations will be expanded, the Signature Series will be expanded, plus 2 new lines are due to debut this year. For Fall there will be new plug ins, the ideas they are tossing around are very exciting! They are also working on 10 oz jars as well.

This is so innovative and will be an amazing BOOST for business! I am so excited to see the Spa and Signature lines expanded and of course a smaller 10 oz jar will be fantastical!

I have to say I fall in the group that is excited about getting the most popular scents every month. From a business prospective I'll be able to move it quicker no matter what. Plus I KNOW that people will like it (where before, sometimes I didn't really want to share it cause) So now I can use them as give a ways, samples or whatever!

I am a very happy person!
