Hey there. A few weeks ago I sent out several e-mails to a couple of reps I found online, trying to get more information about working with Usborne. No responses.. Nothing. Any thoughts anyone?

Hi!

I'm very surprised that no one has emailed you back! That is very frustrating. Either the people you emailed had no interest in building a team, or they for some reason never got the email. It's a good thing you didn't sign up on their sites, since you want to make sure you find someone who will provide you the training you want.

We do have a lot of consultants who join for the great discount, so you may have found them. :-) But the company is amazing! I'm at a leadership training right now, and we just talked about how many people don't even know how to get started with Usborne, and how fabulous it is.

Good luck in your search for a consultant! And Congrats on a great decision to join an amazing company.

Debbie, Sr. Supervisor

I have had the same problem. Contacted a consultant 40 miles from me and when she finally responded ( 3 days...my pet peeve, because I check my emails several times a day ) she said she would email me a catalog and info and after I sent her my address I never heard from her. I emailed the company and asked them for the info and they sent my request to a Supervisor in my state who told me she mailed it out on Tuesday and I should recieve it Thursday ( last week ) when Monday came and went with nothing I emailed her AGAIN and she never bothered to respond. I emailed the company again on Wed and after nothing I finally called the company today and spoke with a lovely gal who expalined they were doing inventory. She took all my info after I told her my story and said they would send something out on Tuesday. Needless to say I am VERY frustrated! I udnerstand soem only join for personal use or whatever but I figured a Supervisor would be interested in recruiting and at the very least get a sle out of it! I even offered to pay for the darn catalog! Now I've got 3 weeks of me stalking the ,ailman every day watiting! Not a good first impression. I realize you can get most all you need offline, but I am one of those people who need/want to see a catalog hard copy..in my hands! I should have come here first and asked someone....lesson learned!

Another thing...WAHM seems very slow to me...is everyone hanging out somewhere else too? been out of direct sales for awhile and don't get on here much anymore!

Thanks!
Lisa

Hi Lisa!

If you want to email me via my website (in my siggy) I can get you one out on Monday when I'm back in town, I'm in Tulsa (where home office is located), or I can email you the catalog if you want to see it on PDF.

I will make sure tomorrow during training to stand up and REMIND all the leaders here to coach our teams to either follow up ASAP or pass the information on. ;-) I know I always contact people right away.

Or I can see if the Supervisor you talked to is here and have her contact you. :-)

Sorry everyone! I wish I had a better answer.

If it makes you feel better, I placed an Avon order when I was working a fair last summer, never heard from the consultant.

have a great evening!

Debbie
