That does look interesting. I think I recall seeing on here in the past, probably a couple years back, that people didn't like doing so many hours of unpaid training and studying, and then it's paid per talk minute. So I wonder how much volume you get. Obviously the calls are longer than a customer service call, but still no calls would mean no money.
Hopefully someone who is with them can chime in.

They're also hiring a virtual assistant for nights and weekends that pays hourly

I started the training and there was a lot of it for no pay. If I had the time I might try it again because it was very interesting. I think it's one of those jobs you have to feel good about doing in case the pay isn't very much.

I emailed regarding the virtual assistant position a few days ago, and have yet to hear anything back from them.

I was just coming to post this. The company emailed me asking if I could post the job lead on Home Jobs for Mom. It seems like it would be a fun job once you get through the training. Good luck to anyone who applies!

I went through the whole call. The coach was wonderful, she had so much patience. I have had a job that paid by the minute (just quit) and you would be suprised how fast the money accrues. I've been in customer service, sales, collections and the job I just left because the calls were so slow it was no longer worth my time. If you get just a few calls sometimes that adds up to more than you can imagine. If you like the job how can you beat getting paid to talk to people?
I would love to have a job like this. My last job I was on the phone for hours at a time (when I did get calls) so I would be right at home.
Since training is free I may try it and see if I come even close to being as good as the lady that played the role as coach on the call.
If they'll have me, I'll report back to let everyone know how I am doing.
