I am currently selling another beauty product, but I am really getting disappointed in the products themselves. I am embarrassed by the quality of some things, even though a few items are really great. I like some of the BC products that I have tried from time to time and I don't think there is a consultant in my area, so I am considering changing. Tell me more about BC - I am reading about the change in the comp plan, and such...so tell me why you sell it over all else.

I'll give you my opinion, though in the end what matters most is why YOU love BC over the others.
For me, BC's products have changed my skin. I have rosacea and had pretty bad skin before BC. I was using another DS company's products at the time (I won't mention the name here because I don't want to badmouth any other companies) and had been for 7 years. My was getting worse all the while. When I switched to BC it took less than a week before people were asking me what I was using and telling me how great my skin looked (at that point it had been more than 5 years since anyone had complimented my skin). So, I knew that the changes I was seeing were not all in my head or wishful thinking. Now, I get almost daily compliments on my skin and I will never use another company's products. Over 3 years of using the products, I have found that if BC tells me a product will do something then that product will do it. I feel confident sharing the products with clients because I know that they won't have a need to come back to me to say "Well, it didn't work".
As far as the company is concerned, I think they keep our best interests at heart. They have made a lot of changes here lately, and I truly believe that these changes were not only the best for the company but also for the consultants. Each time I think they can't get any better, they offer us something else to make it even better. I am so passionate about this company because it has changed my life. I used to cry because I hated my job. I came home every day in tears begging my fiance not to make me go back. And now when I cry it is because I love my job and I can't believe I am so blessed to be a part of something that changes lives.

I love BC not only for the fabulous products but because the company gives you every opportunity to be successful. There is online interactive training, support from not only your team members but from everyone. I've never met anyone in BC that isn't willing to help lift another consultant, give tips, offer help etc. They have a rewards program during your first 90 days where you can earn $600 in products for free. You can either use it to build your demos or sell it and make 100% profit.
The compensation plan is fabulous! They have changed it so that as soon as you start to develop a team you can start earning bonuses - you don't have to wait until you become a director. Plus the 50% profit that you make as soon as you sign up is awesome too!
The products are truly amazing! I've seen changes in my skin, my husband's skin and my client's skin. The products do what they say they will do - and that is huge for me.
