I passed the final certification test today and just went through registration, but I can't see the scheduling rotation yet. How many hours a week do most of you work, on average? What are the shifts like? I don't watch the Super Bowl so I'm hoping to pick up good hours that day.

To be honest, I don't really schedule hours. The Rota has been full of shifts for the last few months, so I find it works better for me to hop on when I have free time. I work about 2-3 hours a day, usually at nights. That normally has the most traffic, so I can make more money.

Yes right now, you don't need to really 'schedule' shifts you can work whenever you like, that could change anytime. You DO need to schedule shifts on Super Bowl Day that is one of the requirements to make the bonus pay.

As for what is it like? I think that question varies for everyone, just be prepared to do alot of googling on all kinds of subjects, but the demo for the question skews young and male so if you already have a good idea about rap music, video games and sex questions it shouldn't be all that hard, you will also get alot of questions straight from high school text books and things like that.

I was so excited to become a kgb agent a few months back but it's honestly not worth my time. It takes much longer to answer questions than you'd think. And most of the questions are stuff about video games (I know NOTHING about video games). If we could choose the category or categories of questions to answer I think it would make the agents happier and the customers happier. I haven't taken texts in a couple months and they are still sending me emails to hop on and take texts. I'd rather answer questions on Yahoo Answers and NOT get paid because I can choose what topics interest me versus making pennies each hour taking questions that are really boring. That's just me though. Some people love it. To each their own.

You MUST schedule the hours from 8PM ET until 10PM ET and work those hours on Super Bowl Sunday in order to be eligible for ANY of the incentives, differentials, prizes, and referral bonuses. Other than that, you can schedule times around that, other times during the week, etc, but you can also just jump in to help when you have time.

This is my 4th month with kgb_ and I have noticed that since they started really pushing for new sign up it has been really hard getting questions. Especially at night. Used to be I could get on at night and make $3 or more an hour. Now you have to fight for questions because the is usually 500 + agents on. And the RTQ's are so out of control and the quality of answers is getting terrible. But I like the extra money so I am going to stick it out.

I find video game questions really easy. Most people just ask for cheats so all you need to do is search for the game name and you can find the cheats easily. Now car questions. That's another story.

yes. I've been having a hard time getting questions too lately. But I think that things will pick up again after the SB.

I think with having required scheduling again we won't have the problem of people logging on when ever or over staying their shift.
