Hi! I was wondering how flexible or not LB is on their internet judge or other wahm positions? Do they require that all work be done during the day? Or is there some flexibility?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I used to be an internet judge and they are not very flexible on their hours. They used to say to just work 20 hours a week, but now they want 4 hours Monday through Thursday. They also prefer that you work the same four hours in a block every day (at least that's how it was when I was let go).

Semi-flexible. Monday-Friday, four hours each day, to be completed during a certain timeframe (7am-9pm) in your timezone. The only preference currently is that judges try to work in 2-hour blocks, primarily for productivity. But no requirement to work the same fixed schedule every day. That said, if you are coming from having worked on a Google project, which had extreme flexibility, this takes getting used to. No midnight hours and no weekends.
