Has anyone gone to their kick off meeting? There are none close to me. (closest is 5 hours away), so I doubt I will be able to go. Please share any info you can if you have been to one. Thanks!

I attended my Kick-off meeting yesterday. I learned so much - and I've gone over the new Freedom plan a few times. Diane Dinkmeyer was at ours and I love her! She has such great energy!
Some of the high lights are (and you can find all of this on Beautinet under the first tab at the top "Freedom") that
-you start making commissions as soon as you have recruited one.
-VIP with three and as long as you sell your personal monthly volume you retain that title so you will still make 50% profit all the time.
-if you happen to go "inactive" you have up to a year to place an order of $150 before you are dropped. And when you place that order anyone that was on your team (your recruits) remain yours. They don't go away for up to a year!
- there are bonuses for helping your team to grow - promote up as well as consistency bonuses.
-you receive your new title as soon as you've met the requirements - you don't have to wait until the following month
-when you promote up to the next level you receive $100
-you can promote to Director in 2 months instead of 6 months

There was so much information! But it was a lot of fun and I encourage you to go onto Beautinet and explore. Also, if you are a VIP make sure to get on the Thursday night Webinars that they have every week. Great information, challenges and ideas.

Please let me know if you want more infor or help understanding the new Freedom Plan.

Take care,

I'm confused with this one thing you said:
"VIP with three and as long as you sell your personal monthly volume you retain that title so you will still make 50% profit all the time".

So if we are a current vip as of Jan 1st, in order to continue getting 50%, we have to sell $500 each month? I heard if we were vip on Jan 1, we will keep the title (and 50% commission) for the entire year of 2010, no matter how much (or little) we order.
So now I'm confused....

Oops! Sorry for the confusion. You are right. If you are a VIP as of Jan 1 you do receive the 50% profit level for up to a year (as long as that is your title). In order to receive commissions on your team's volume/bonuses you have to do your personal sales volume.
Thanks for catching that.
Are you excited? I am!

As long as you are a VIP, you will get the 50% commission
Under the onld plan, if you lost a consultant, you lost your 50% discount if you went below the 4 or now 3 required consultants.

With the new plan, to qualify for your promotion ( to let's say VIP ) it will take 3 recruits and $500 personal sales ( $600 Cdn ) AND $1000 in total team sales ( $1200 Cdn ) Qaulifying for this once means that you will retain the VIP tital and the VIP discount for the next 12 months. IF anytime in that 12 months you have a qualifying month again ( 3+$500+$1000 team ) you will retain the VIP title and discount for 12 months from that time.

This is wonderful!

oh, that is wonderful....that we can restart our 12 month period anytime our unit does $1k and we do $500. Great news! wow!

One more question.....do OUR sales count towards our team sales? On one of the webinars I heard them say Yes, on last weeks I thought they said no. So which is it?

Just read the answer to this one for sure.

YES, your personal sales do count into your team volume for VIP and above requirements.

So if you are a VIP and you have $1000 in retail sales ( $1200 CDN ) that counts for both your personal and your team sales volumes. Of course it's better to have other recruits sharing the sales volume with you, but if you have to do it all yourself, you can.
