I know this may sound stupid but I'm trying to help a friend out. She does not have a home phone or the Internet. I have made the suggestion that she could come to my house and work but we haven't figured out how we can do this because I have a job that requires an open availability. She does not have any other family and friends here since her husband was just transferred to here and she doesn't know anyone else but me.
The only other way she could come to my house and work is if she does it at night but she can't work nights because her husband do and no one will be with the kids. So she prefers days. If she do days, I really can't help her and her only other option is the library.
My question is, does anyone know of any work she can do? Again, she does not have the Internet or a home phone. She has a cell phone and can check emails at the library or something like that but does not have it at home.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Does she have a computer?
The only thing I can think of would be that if she had a computer, she could run another phone line in your house, and get a router to hook to your internet, and work that way. What kind of job is she looking for?

Shes looking for anything. She has a computer but no phone line or Internet connection.
I didn't know if there were like some call jobs that didn't require software downloading or anything like that. Can she use Skype without Internet service. I know this is not a good company, per say, buy I was thinking about Profinity since they use skype or someone like that. But I wasn't sure how all of that worked?!? I know with Profinity, you have to have Internet to see the scripts and stuff.. Oh.. I don't know!

My friend has not had any luck.. I advised her that she could do some writing jobs. She was interested in starting her own blog. I told her that she could come to my house to write... does anyone know how you can make money starting your own blog??? I told her there were some places that she could apply and blog for them but I didn't know exactly how she could make money starting her own blog.. She's got a great idea that would be very beneficial to telecommuters..but I don't want to reveal her secret here. But its a need for us and it will be free.
If anyone know how she how she can start her own blog and then earn money from it, please let me know. She's got everything ready to go, I just don't know what to tell her. Thanks!
