Everytime I apply, I pretty much say I'm available for any shift, because I'm flexible. But for some reason at the end of the application I always get the message that they have others that fit the criteria better than me. Am I not choosing the right job or what? Once I chose the taking Orders options, Once I chose the working for a specific client, longer training option...Is there one that they hire more for...or..I'm not sure which part I'm not fitting..LOL..Anyone have a clue or suggestion, would be much appreciated..or are they just not hiring at the moment? Thanks. Oh btw I live in Tn, could that also be a reason? Thanks

thanks for the response..that would be just my luck..LOL..I guess i'll keep tryin every few weeks or something maybe..
