Does anyone know how much they pay like how much income would a person make monthly and do you have to be a fast typer ?

How much you make is up you and the volume of traffic. I average about $3-400 a month and have been there since last January. I would recommend being an accurate typer. If you are slower you will probably get less texts, but like I said it is entirely up to you.

There are many posts on this forum, about what to expect to make, the consensus seems to be that $2-$3 hour is a reasonable expectation, so it would just depend on how many hours you can put in.
However, there are top earners for KGB that earn about a thousand a month, but that would mean you'd have to work lots of hours almost every day of every month.
