I'm curious to see how everyone makes their forms...or what you use to have forms on your site.

For physical or online pdf forms, I create them using Acrobat. For forms found on a website page, I use GoLive.

My husband is a hard core programmer and builds everything from 1's and 0's . Depending on the complexity of your site, he has a lot of code available for free download.

Hi Jessica,

I just noticed that we both have the same two businesses - web design/hosting & jerky. smileys/smiley36.gif

I make my forms by hand and process them with PHP :)

Depending on the clients wishes.. I use notepad to create the form and the processing script. When it's up to me I do it all in Flash MX with action scripting. Flash enables you to create a nicer GUI for the form instead of using a WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver or the like.
