Hello I hope someone can help me ,I started working at home for Brighten Communications & I heard they fire you after the first 20hrs?

It is not easy to stay on with Brighten communications. I was fired after the first twenty hours of work. If you want something stable, dont work for them.

Thank you,They dont tell you that in the interview,they lead you to believe its a great company,I only have only worked on 1 project and the HR lady emailed me and said they need to get 8ppl before they can start another project & i have been checking my email every 1/2hr and still nothing new yet .i need to make money i am raising a 6yrold grandson & have no income at all. how can i report them? i dont think it legal to do that to ppl is it?

Connie, wow. That company sucks more than i realize. I was thinking about telling others to try to apply and work for them but after reading what a few of you experience, screw them. You should apply for the Quality Appointment setters position that is posted on here since I am going to start working for them sometime today so yeah. hehehee
I am going to also do more article writing for textbroker. If you are also a writer, think about writing for textbroker to make extra income. Sucks what they did to you and everyone else. The job posting about Appt setting was Shadet541. This person have been working for 4 months now and it sounds easy since I have done appt setting before. Check it out and textbroker if you are in need of money as well. I wish you luck.

I am glad I read this post. I just received an email from them to call in and read a couple scripts into their voice mail. Do they pay hourly or commission?

I would much rather just find something that is not over the phone so I can still have my son around me when I work. But I cant pass down any work right now. I need the money like all of us do.

It was stated on their site that it's per hour but I don't know. You should give your advantage lead a try since they are willing to let you start working today or tomorrow. I was planning to do it today but I overslept. I hope this helps a bit. I would say Brighten is a lost cause.

From everything I've read about Brighten over the last few years, you have to consistently bring in leads in order to stay on with them. I believe it's cold calling as well...very challenging.

It is cold calling. They tell you that its hourly but its actually a commission structure to where if you bring in so many leads within an hour that's how much your hourly wage would be. Its really messed up. I lost my job with them because I wasn't able to bring in enough leads one day. The calling lists that I had everyone wasn't interested. I did the best I could. They also tell you that if you can't get any leads off the call lists that you're provided, to e-mail your team leader about it. I did that and an hour later I lost my job.
