Well, it took a little looking but I found access to your site. type the direct link into your request next time, don't want people to have to work too hard to give you the help you need.

First thing I see is that there is no clear way to get information from you. Do you have a free offer in exchange for an e-mail address? Thus building your contact data base.

What type of improvements/results are you looking for? What types of problems are you having?
The more detailed your questions. The more detailed answers you can get.
Just wanting site improvements means different things to different people.

I guess that seoguardians.com is his site. I found it in the profile.
It is curious that for a SEO site you have only PR1.
For example I did it myself all the SEO work for my orange county bankruptcy attorneys (http://www.bluecapitallaw.com) site.
