I read about this in another forum. Does anyone know how to go about applying or if they are hiring?

I applied through LeapForce and will be testing Monday. I don't know if that necessarily means they are hiring, though.
I applied through the above link as well, but haven't heard back yet after a few days.

Your welcome :) Just F.Y.I. . . . The Leapforce job is for Search Engine Evaluator and requires testing. The Ads Rater position doesn't require testing and is through Workforce Logic.

Anybody got response from this company?
I applied about two month ago; I sent my resume, but my resume is made for IT position.
I even emailed them to ask my status, but no one respond me.
I also logged in on that site and checked many times; it is same.
I am in Canada and when I apply, I saw Canadian job listed.
What do you think I should do; does it mean they don't want to hire me?
Let me know if you have any idea.

LeapForce is slow to respond. My husband applied months ago, we have not heard back.
