I want to show my team how your biz grows, and put all my numbers in an excel worksheet, then my husband put them into graphs.
It's really cool to watch:
1.) Sales went up. Though I can see a decrease in sales where I had "stuff" going on, or wasn't motivated. But it's fun to see that each year both personal and team grew. It's cool to watch the growth though
2.) Watch how my team grew! That was really cool. I put both personal and team recruits, and loved the months were my team out recruited me. August and September are the largest recruiting months.
3.) Personal sales grew each year, but what really grew was the team sales. Really reinforces building a team.
4.) It was fascinating to watch the numbers when I promoted out a supervisor as well. Team would drop to comparable to last year, but the organization sales are really growing.
If you get a chance to, do this! You can also see how your "life" impacts your biz if you let it.

Wow, have you been with Usbourne Books for three years already? Time flies huh? What a need idea to share with your team a graph charting your growth over the past 3 years.

It will be 3 years January 30. I can't believe it either. I was looking at my old blogs and my old businesses, and changing to Usborne was a great decision for me. :-)
I'm gearing up to do a Lead to Success series of training with my team members who want to promote out by June. :-) I want to demonstrate how it really does snowball and teach them the skills to create a consistant business that will help them grow their organization, create consistant personal sales, and strong teams for when they promote.
