And I keep getting the emails saying that I am on hold and to click a link if I no longer want to work...so I never click the link and assumed that I was son some list somewhere...as it stated that once a position opens up, that I will be contacted. I wanted to check my status so I went to the site and put in my email/last name as requested and it could not pull me up. I called the contact phone number and they can not find me! So, I called and left a message for HR to call me back. I bet I have been waiting almost a Year for nothing. I mean, I have been doing other things, but was also counting on being called for West as well. I do have experience as I previously did ramp ups for Alpine Access and have done secretarial and other phone jobs:/ Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks for letting me vent:)

Ugh, did you call them too? I called and felt like a complete idiot. I spoke with the first girl at the contact phone number and she said that HR should be in until midnight and she gave me the number to call, so then I call it and get a recording to leave a message:/ ugh.

Unfortunately, it takes that long....lol Oh, and YES I got the email too every month "telling me to click here to be removed or do nothing to stay on they're list" But, I'm a stay at home mom so the 8 months I spent waiting on them flew right on by because I was soo busy being mom and all.....lol Anyways, they finally emailed me about 2 weeks ago and said I was hired, I had to send them some paper work and now I'm training from home. Training ends on 1-6-10 Then I have to take a 3 day demo-session about what I learned before they turn me loose on "poor unsuspecting souls"....lol. It should be fun ! even though I know I wanthave a ton of hours or make much money too start I'm hoping that patience will pay off. Wish me luck and I'll update you guys when I start to actually work.

As I posted on someone else's post, be not discouraged. Granted, I feel blessed, but my entire application process was less than 2 months. I applied on September 29, 2009, and was hired on November 25, 2009. I'm on the final phase of my skillset, and will start taking calls next week. Like many of you, I also received that "we currently have no projects available," email...But 3 weeks later I received one staing an opportunity was available. I jumped on it! I'm not on the DR line, but a new initiative Comcast is launching...and it pays a guaranteed hourly wage....

I just reapplied since it has been close to a year since I originally applied...I know they have been hiring in my state which is Florida. I have also called and left a message for HR since my email was in the system but they could not find me at the contact number. It is odd though, because I just tried to log in to check my status and it said that it could not find me in the system.
