I wanted to let everyone know to beware of this horriable company. My family and I did reviews for them they were paying $25 to do 10 reviews. My husband and I did them along with sister and her husband. I cleared it with company to give other people referrals to do reviews. So I had a friend, her daughter, her brother and his wife all di the reviews. Then we all got a generic email saying that they will not pay for reviews after sitting down reading them and they will be removed from their website. That was 2 weeks ago they still have our reviews on site using them, and they wont pay us for work that we did, and they will not respond to emails. We did what they asked for they are using reviews, and refuse to pay that is no way to run a bussinesss. Wanted to warn everyone.

That is so awful I hate when people just waste other peoples time. I hope they get what is coming to them.

I am so sorry this has happened to you. Did they provide a reason why?

I got paid and the very next day to be exact. I think her name was Kate. She emailed me promptly. I never had a problem. My brother also did this too and was paid. I hate this happened to you. That's very sad.

I'm sorry to hear that! Did you make sure that you followed all of their terms? I did the reviews and was paid very promptly for them. I thought the gal who corresponded with me was very courteous and quick to respond! GL :)

Wow, I'm also sorry to hear that this happened to you. I also did the reviews and was paid in full and when promised. I am quite surprised to hear this. If they refuse to pay you then I have no idea what to do about that besides trying to speak to someone higher up than the woman you were in contact with but it definitely gives their company a bad rep.

Did you all use the same computer? Or review the same places/write similar reviews?

I am sorry that it didn't work out, but I'd assume that there's a reason they sent that mail to you. I would contact them again if the reviews are still up and demand that they get rid of them if they aren't going to pay you.

Im sorry that this happened to you. On another note, with all the positive responses, how does one become a reviewer?
Thanks
Wiked!!!

I do know that there has to be a legit reason, otherwise not all of us would have been paid. I know one of the people I told about the site, did the reviews - but because they changed the requirements in the middle of doing the job, she did not get paid. This was because she didn't have a facebook account and they wanted someone who had pictures, wall messages and more on their FB to make sure they are legit.

And yes, they are still using her reviews as well.

how do you sign up to do reviews?

Really, I understand you can get mad over working and getting paid, but call an attorney over $25? Ummm sounds like to much over $25 to me. But that's just my opinion.

Wow, well we know where we will get with this post! We are all here to help and give our support when someone is wronged, but this is silly. You are the only one who has had a bad experience with this company, or at least who has posted anything bad. I am sorry for your $25 dollar loss.

The reason is that they dont want to pay us. There is no good reason for having someone do work for them us the reviews on website and then not pay. There is no good reason for that.... I refuse to accept that they are just a sorry excuse for a company and I will give them all the negative feed back that I can and anywhere that I can. I will contact an attorney and the BBB if I need to.. There are 8 of us that I know of and we will get something done.

I am not sure if I would get an attorney involved for $25 but I definitely see where you are coming from. It's the moral of the story. I've been ripped off by several companies and I know the feeling sucks. You could have been doing something that actually pays rather than wasting your time doing something that is B.S, so I feel ya! I know that there was a deadline to have the reviews completed by so you could get paid, did you finish before the deadline? What kind of explanation did they give you? I'm sure they must have mentioned something in the email as to why they weren't giving you your earned $25. Regardless of the situation, if you do decide to pursue it legally then I hope it works out for you and you get what you worked for.

This sounds like such a sad experience when time is so valuable. I wish you luck in trying to resolve when I have looked at all the other replies and there are so many positive ones to follow after.
Try to contact again, especially the one that seems to have paid so promptly to others - there might have just been a glitch in the system.

Good luck

Hi, Sorry for the original poster not getting paid...I did the reviews and was paid. I also emailed the person over seeing the project. I think she mentioned she and other family members did reviews. Were they on the same computer? Did they all have different facebook accounts? Were the paypal accounts all different? Were the reviews similar? Were they completed on time? It just seems a bit odd for this project...not blaming the poster...I know it can be frustating to spend time on a project and not be paid...but usually they offer explanations when things go wrong...
