I haven't started reviewing, though I was accepted b/c the Review Guidelines didn't seem to include everything. I have emailed Call Graph a lot and don't want to bother them with another question--I don't wanna sound like I'm not capable or something. So I went ahead and accepted a file just to see how the form looked and then canceled it, because it didn't red strike-thru or highlight when I edited a word, like I expected. How does the red highlighting/line-thru and green highlighting work? Does it automatically get formatted that way when you submit or is there a third reviewer who does one last comparison of the raw and final, formatting in MS Word? Just curious before I mess up and ruin my quality and record with them...don't mean to sound paranoid

Hi, I'm a reviewer. When you accept a file you download the audio, cut and paste the existing transcription into a doc. Listen to audio and proof transcription. Delete the original transcription on the web site and paste the revised transcription (after you are done editing) into the box. Choose rating and hit submit.
Make sure you add timestamps and speaker codes. After you submit it, their software will show what was edited for the transcriber.
If you need anymore help, you can PM or email me.

Thanks for the reply, but I went ahead and dove in on the day I posted that. I found out that special software is used to highlight and mark changes to raw script. Thanks again, and I will pm if I need advice on something!
