I completed my testing. I have an interview on Wed at 1:00 PM. They only pay 9:00 per hour, but it is customer service. I hope I can work this part time or even full time with flexibility on hours. Anyone else work for them? I have many projects coming up, but need one that is more steady.

My neighbor works for them but at the call center location. She likes it. They treat her pretty good with benefits, they pay half of day care. That's how it is out here in colorado. Are you doing it from home or at one of there locations?

LOl yes only $9. I currently work 20 hours a week at $10 per hour doing customer satisfaction calls for a company I have been with for 2 years now. So I need something besides that and LW in my spare hours.

I also use to work work with west during the first American Idol give back campaign a few years ago. But than they made people employees and those in ohio were not accepted.

I was looking on there site but did not see any wah for customer service. All I seen was for @Home Call Center Operations Manager and @HOME Resource Center Manager. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right

I sent in my application yesterday, and was immediately invited to do their online assessment which was quite lengthy. After wards I got a screen that stated I was exactly what they are looking for, and they want to do an interview, so I set that up for 01/11. I would really like to get back into full time work. I miss having health benefits. Hopefully they don't require weekend work, I put on my application information that I am not available on weekends.

i went to their website do they offer benefits for work at home employees? i do not see on the website where benefits were offered.

I was always hesitant about the whole land line phone thing. Does the ad mean you can choose between using a headset or a landline phone?

The company I work for is a private company. I do customer satisfaction calls, client that came to me through my profile on guru.com. He has been with me for two years it a landscaping company in California. I call their client (property mangers, commercial building owners or managers) to see if they have issues or concerns that particular month and also see if they need trimming and so on. It is great only about 15-25 hours a week, depending on how long the calls take, I have about 350 clients to call each month and I get a lot of voicemails. It is nice.

My interview with star is on the 4th at 1:00 PM. I will let everyone know how it goes and what the job details.

I applied with them too. Got an interview on Friday. I've worked with them before in one of the call centers. They are a good company and pay on time for anyone that may want to know.

Okay so I had the interview, it went well. They ask the basic questions like most interviews. And she did a little role play. She stated she scored me very nigh. The work at home program is very new and all that get in will have the opportunity to move up in the company based as your results. However, she was the pre interviewer and she had to give my info to her boss whom is reviewing applications and will be contacting us back within 1 week to 30 days. Basically before the next project comes up. So off to keep plugging it away with my little penny and nickle eggs LW when we get a link, CC, P2UT, and UP and my part time job.

Do you have to work between certain hours for this position? If you are hired FT can you do part of your hours during the day and the other part in the evening?

I am not for sure of the hours, but benefits are being talked about for the WAH employers. They are finalizing everything for that I guess. When I do hear back them I will let you know.

Just had my interview and it sounds like a great opportunity. He told me a little about the company and the types of jobs and benefits...woo hoo!! said the new contract was taking a bit longer than expected but I definately would be hearing from them when it opens

my interview went great as well i am so excited that they will be offering benefits because that is hard to come by with work at home jobs. i was told the same thing that someone would be contacting me for a tech support position. in the meantime i will keep working this temp job until they call back.

Well we can just hope they will contact us within the next few weeks. Even though I am busy right now, I can always add 20-40 hours to myself and pass on my other work to my assistant which would make her happy to come back to work full time.

i have not heard anything either but she did say it could take 1 week to 30 days so i am working on a project right now as well that is temp so hopefully i will hear from them by the time this one ends.

I called back left a message and then recieved another call.... basically wanted to confirm I was still interested and availability.. Said he will call me back with job information and pay and training on Monday or Tuesday

The links provided are incorrect and they don't seem to have any work at home jobs on their site. The search throws up an error page. Total waste of time.

I got a call last Tuesday from Startek and he wanted to know if I was still interested in the job and I said yes and then he said he would call this week to give me more information on training times and he did call again today to set up another appointment with a recruiter in my area for tomorrow to confirm everything-hope this means I'm in. Fingers crossed and good luck to the rest of you, too!

i still have not heard from them i had my interview the same day you did jenn and so far nothing i was really hoping to hear from them because i need insurance and the stay at home job i have now does not offer insurance.is there a number i can call to see what happened to my application i was told they were interested in me and will contact me within 30 and i have heard from them yet any suggestions?

I haven't heard anything either and the guy that interviewed me the first time said that they definately wanted to hire me too. I used to be on wahm all of the time but haven't been for awhile so I forgot my login and my email was changed so I had to make a new name. I hope we hear back soon Lynn because I really need this job too.

I had my second interview yesterday and sent the consent form back for the background check. The job offer is contingent on passing the background check.This is a technical support position and you have 2wks training online with some of it self-paced. Good luck to the rest of you!

I applied yesterday, did the tests,( they were a little long but kind of fun.) end message says I am exactly what they are looking for and that I have an interview today. I will keep you all posted on what happens

i hope they call soon as well i just logged into the website and uses my log in and password and updated my profile. well i already have a work at home job and will continue to work until i hear from them.

I did my interview yesterday and I think all went well. They asked me a few standard interview questions and then did a role play with me. It caught me off guard but I think I did well on that part also. So far all of it has been a good experience. I have a second interview today with the hiring manager. From what I can gather, they are looking for Ohio and Northern Kentucky people only and need to have everyone hired by next week. I'll get more details today. I'm crossing my fingers...

Not so sure about my great new job offere now.... I was offered the job contigent upon passing a BACKGROUND check. I get the email and it also has credit included..... I cannot pass a credit check....bummer

Jenn.. I got offered the position also on Friday. I called the hiring manager back and asked the same thing. I sure as heck wouldn't pass a credit check either .. lol He said that they are only doing a criminal background check and not a credit check. he explained that they have some of their clients that ask for both. call them and see if they are going to do both or just 1...

Seems like that is the ONLY place they are currently hiring. I too have filled out an application, had the first interview and am in the FOREVER holding pattern waiting on the HR guy to call back as promised.
They are very slow in responding...must have gillions of people appling. Notice most of the posts on this company are very old.

i have not received anything from anyone and i interviewed on jan 11 i was told i would receive another call which i never did and no one sent me anything

is there anyone i can contact regarding the job? because a recruiter said we should have gotten a email and i have not gotten it yet and it has been well over 30 days since i interviewed.

Well, I know it's not much consolation, but you're not alone. I had my interview on January 4th and she was real positive about the interview and said the hiring manager should be contacting me, but I haven't heard anything since. I have called the person who did my interview several times, but I keep reaching her voicemail, and I never hear back even though I always leave my phone as well as email. I never received an email from her so I don't have any way to contact anyone other than her phone number.

I never received an email with the recruiting team's contact info. The only emails I received were the automated emails leading up to the interview, which have no contact information in them, (believe me, I've tried and tried to find a way to express my continued interest). I was really looking forward to hearing back from the hiring manager after talking to the recruiter. The recruiter was so positive about my interview and about the hiring manager calling me back I was actually surprised I never heard back.

Unfortunately, the only way I have to contact anyone is by calling back the recruiter's number that was on my caller ID, and thus far I haven't been able to get through to her, nor has she returned my call. I don't know if that means they're not interested in hiring me, or if I am just on hold for now. Either way, it would be nice to know.

Jenn, I got an email reply to a PM I sent a recruiter and after a phone call, was told I am in BLUE status which means "good to go" WHEN the client they are building a pool of accepted applicants gives them the green light. Couldn't give me a date when this might happen but am one step closer and will keep hoping to get the "lets get started" phone call sooner than later!

yeah i heard something they told me they were putting me on hold because they were not hiring anymore i had my interview on 1/11/10 and waited over 30 days to hear from them and they finally sent me a email about the hold status after they saw my postings in here. very disappointed because i was told i was hired and to wait for a call from someone and i never got a call it's all good though good luck with the job.

Yeah, i never heard anything at all back from this company.. Oh well!
