I posted in another thread about my experience with Sutherland:
I interviewed with Sutherland once at one of their local offices, and I thought the interview was very unprofessional. I was led to believe it was going to be a 1 on 1 interview. After driving over an hour for the interview, I found out it was a group interview and there were about 20 others there. I chatted with several others and they also thought they were there for a 1 on 1 interview.
Then, someone came out about 15 mins later and told us the person doing the group interview was running about 30 to 45 mins late. Needless to say I was not very impressed, lol.

i just completed my training with f*d for v-day today. also the person that asked about the notary wherever you take it to get notarized they should provide you with the form that you need to send back to sutherland. i got mine notarized at the library and they filled out a form that they had and gave it to me to send back to sutherland. the training was fun and self paced meaning you have a meeting in the morning with the trainer and then you log off the phone to read and learn the material and come back at the end of the day. so far everything has been great i go into nesting on this monday. so far i have heard it is not a hard job to do so good luck!

When I interviewed, they were looking for people to work late evening/late night positions. It was for a 3 to 4 month support position that would involve a lot of over time.

no we do not have to toggle thru a lot of screens, the training was easy and the position is not hard at all you act as a liasion between the customer and the florist. it is very easy the training was for a week most stay at home jobs i have had the training is between 2-4 weeks but this one was only for a week because it is easy. they say that it is not permanent but mother's day is coming up so they will call me again or see if i want to go to another project.

I was contacted about that florist position but I worked with AT&T with them and the training was brutal. Plus there was like 6-7 screens to toggle through. I could not do it. I'm thinking about this Florist thing but I got to see if I have time to do it.

the training for the florist position is from 9-6 it is self paced you log in to the conference for about an hour in the morning then you are dismissed to go and do the training and then you have to come back at the end of the day. are you working anywhere right now smartchic? the job is pretty easy and we did not have to toggle thru a lot of screens what happenened with the att job you had with them?
