Hey there BC Spa Buddies!
Hope you've all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas! With the New Year approaching, I'm wanting to set up some customer appreciation FUN for 2010 !!
I want to really work my business hard & smart this year, what are some of the things that you ladies do for your customers thru-out the year that really work to keep your customers loyal to you?
What birthday/anniversary things have you found that your customers really like? Every 6 months, gift? For customers that order regularly? For customers that place larger monthly orders?
Do you give a percent back from the years sales at your Christmas Open House?
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
