I am just curious as to whether anyone else has come across this with their beauticase minis- I use mine to give as hostess gifts along with the neckwrap and other little goodies. I am having a problem with the Lip Apeel minis. The Lip Balm is fine but the Line Peel is hard as a rock. The rest of the products in the case are fine. I was told that I could send it back and that BC would replace it. The hostesses want to keep the other stuff but they also like the defective one replaced.How do you go about getting that one little item replaced when it is sold aspartof the mini? Has anyone else encountered this? What are your suggestions?

I would just call the consultant care center and ask them what you need to do. I would think that they could send you another Lip Apeel mini without having to replace the whole spa mini kit.

Thanks Amy! I wasn't sure what to ask since it was only the one product out of the mini. But it does leave me with two mini beauticases with no Lip Apeels in them now. I guessI should check them all to see if there are any more just to get it all at one time. I told my director and she said they would replace them with no questions asked and you don't even have to send in your defective one.

this is good to know. My recruiter just had the same problem and asked me what she should do. I'll have to tell her she's not the only one!

Okay I just checked all my other minis and I have 4 that are defective. In two of the minis, the Line Peel is hard as a rock and the other two, the Line Peel is clotty-looking and not smooth as in the others- one of these containers fell apart when I opened it- the little tub that the Line Peel is in came out of the container so it is separate from the Lip Balm.


I think since it is this many and I have paid for them that I should call consultant care. I hate to do this but since it has also happened to someone else maybe they are already aware of the problem.

I've had this problem too.</span><br style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">On the Lip Apeel minis, there seems to be a problem with the lids sticking shut! My b/f had to actually take it to WORK w/him and use a TOOL to pry the lid off!!!!!</span><br style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">What gives w/that?!smileys/smiley24.gif</span>
