I just applied to West. I hope everything goes okay. I can really use the extra money.

For those of you currently working with West how do you like it? Was it hard to get use to?

I enjoy working for West so far. Every shift I feel more and more confident! Good luck with everything!

Please note, I understand this is a site for WAH Moms; however, I have come to find this forum a valuable tool when researching different things with West. I am a newly hired employee as of today. I am wondering did your Welcome email contain your username? Mines didn't and inside the email it said to contact a PAL to get the username. Also this is the username to sign into West domain to setup your call taking phone number, Employee record, and etc.

Also,

Do you have any idea of the username format? (e.g. JSmith, JASmith)?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I used to work for west but the pay is better at The Newton Group, E.S.A. (http://www.newtonesa.com) They pay $15 an hour and I love this company!

When you are a new employee you have to follow the steps on the left side of the screen to make your user name and password, Etc, You have to click on First Time User on the left side instead of Employee Login then after that you will be able to log in with your info, I have worked with West for 2 years Now. Good Luck you will like it very much!

Don;'t worry West is always busy because they hire and give so may people a chance, I'm sure they have your app and it does take them time, I know many of us hate waiting but its worth the wait, I would just email them from the last email you gotten or other to just let them know you still are waiting to be contacted.
