I wondered how many of you guys actually use the flip chart when doing

I don't use a flip chart. I pretty much do everything over the phone & in small bursts. So real presentations needed. smileys/smiley1.gif

Nope. We follow Hannah's approach so there is no need to actually meet during the process except when giving them the products & going to a live Discover meeting if they are local & there is one that week.. So everything we go over with them is on the phone. We do a 5 minute call, 15-20 minute call, a45 minute call or live meeting (if it's live then it's one hour) then a 15-20 minute close.
