Hi Missy....I just completed my training on phase I of this project....take notes during the sessions, and by all means write down the questions that you're given during the sessions, because those are the questions asked at the end for each assessment test.....they are quite detailed, but if you take good notes, you shouldn't have a problem.....I passed them all the first time around....but if you should need to take any again, they are exactly the same questions....hope this helps.

Can anyone give me any advise on what to expect. I was sent an email with a list of 5 different webinar's I need to take for the training. They start on Monday and said a PAL would contact me before then but I haven't heard from anyone. I feel in the dark so any help would be great.

What to expect???? hmmmm....let's just say everything you learn(ed) in training will fly right out of the window, when you receive that first call!!! However, it's to be expected. They (the pals) understand, as they've been through it themselves. I like to consider myself pretty decent in the intelligence dept, and I too went through brain cramps on my first night (ahhh, a few minutes ago, to be exact, just logged off!!); However, I think after the first few calls, and feeling your way around the multitude of systems, the butterflies will disappear. Analogous to an athlete having those pregame jitters; After the first dose of contact, "game on"....And please don't take this as though I'm trying to scare you, I'm just giving you "my" honest assessment of what to expect. Yet, I do think once I'm comfortable with everything, this'll be a long term relationship.

Is it just me, or are there entirely TOOOOOO many applications populated when logging in to work? If they could streamline the systems, this would be lovely, and thus, decrease the learning curve for newbies trying to get acclimated to the system/process.

Yesterday was my first day of training on Phase 1. My hand is about to fall off taking so many notes! Without knowing what you get tested on I have been writing everything down like crazy. What happens if you don't get it all done within your time limit?

I was just wondering, if you agree to work 25 hrs per week, are the hours definately going to be available? Will I get fired if the hours I'm available are already taken and I don't work 25 hours? I just got my WELCOME email, and I feel so in the dark.

During the training so far it only says you ahve to have 20 hours per week......I was told 25 to begin with also. I just finished my phase 1 training and am waiting for the webinar on Tuesday so I can start on Phase 2. If anyone has some pointers on Comcast I would love them. All of this training is giving me a brain overload and I don't know how I will remember all of the codes they have. Any help would be appreciated. You can im me on Yahoo at trpennington73.

Can anyone help with this question. I signed up to work several 4 hour blocks. It is giving me a 10 minute break with them. How do you go about taking a break? Do you log out, make yourself unavailable, etc? I also received an email about making sure everyone works the hours you are scheduled for.......shouldn't everyone already be doing that? We get to pick the hours already so I don't see why people wouldn't be working them.
