This position will help man the support tickets and telephone support issues.
The ideal candidate MUST be able to:
- communicate effectively with the tech team
- be familiar with bookkeeping and online software applications
- be able to follow directions and embrace learning
This is a part-time position and currently only demands aproximately 5 hours per week. This will increase with time.
