Just curious if anyone on here scraps for others? How is it working for you? How did you get your first customer? How did you come up with your "fees"? Any info would be great. Thanks!

I LOVE you the name of your company.

I am a demo with Stampin' Up! and my team name is The Front Porch Stampers.

I too would love this info. as I want to do more of this.

I would advertise a2-page 12 x 12 scrapbook page since those seems more popular.

Thanks for this great post.

I don't do scrapping for others. I just am a consultant for Close to My Heart. I've heard that people are starting to this. They will do an entire album with just lay-outs, so the people just come in and put the pictures in. They were charging for the supplies and a little extra for the time. I can't remember the exact figure.

I actually scrap for others, but I am a digital scrapper, so the costs for me are minimal, since I create all the papers/elements I use myself. My layouts are COMPLETELY customized, I don't create "templates", I get my inpiration from the photos themselves. I will do either a single LO for people, or a whole album.

Right now I am just doing this locally, but will eventually be doing a website.

As far as what to charge, I just figured the cost of supplies (for me that is printer ink and paper, and the cost of a scrapbook if they want a whole album) then I factor in what I would like to make for my time. For a single layout I typically charge $30.

If you would like to see my work, you can check out my online gallery for my personal pages, you can see them here http://www.rakscraps.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=500&a (http://www.rakscraps.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=108) mp;ppuser=108

If you happen to know anyone that might like this service, feel free to pass on my email address StacieScraps@verizon.net (StacieScraps@verizon.net) I would be willing to give anyone here that refers someone to me a percentage of the profits from their referal (or a free page, whichever you prefer)

I just briefly saw the first page of your website and am already in love with it.

I will post your website to my stampin up yahoo group - okay?

Those pics are really wonderful.

Kim, you are awesome LOL.

That is actually not my own personal site, it is a digital scrapbooking site that I post layouts I have done for myself. But until I am able to my own site, it works for showing examples of my work.

If you could let people know that, and to email me for quotes etc. Also make sure and let people know to say you referred them!!!!

I scrapbook for others, when I have time smileys/smiley1.gif. I charge $5-7 per single sided 12 x 12 page plus the cost of supplies. Since I'm a CM consultant I charge my cost of the supplies to keep their cost down. HTH, Christina
