Hi,
I am a new rater, I submitted my Nov. invoice on Dec. 1st, but till today (14th) , it is still in submitted status. I did get an email before saying my TPH is too low. So is that because of this? What should I do to get them pay me? I did send an email asking them, but got no answer.
Any input is appreciated!

Check your invoice page and make sure it says "submitted" because you should have received an email from LF stating that it was submitted for processing and review.

They sometimes take longer to approve. I once waited until the 17th. There is no answer as to why this happens but I assure you it is not because of your TPH.

If you don't hear anything within the next few days I would recommend contacting them again.
