Hello all,

Is anyone working for Lionbridge? The pay is good, the work is easy and sometimes it almost seems to good to be true. I have been working for them for about two weeks and the only thing that bothers me is how long it takes to get paid. If it were something else that paid less, I wouldn't bother having to wait two months to get paid. I guess the pessimist in me thinks something is wrong and I won't get paid or that it is too easy to get let go. Can some one here speak about their experience with Lionbridge?

Thanks in advance

I admit it seemed a little too good to be true but I've been working since September 1st and have been paid accordingly. I did run into a bit of a rough patch at the beginning. I misunderstood their productivity guidelines and how that translates to pay but other than that cannot really complain. The first real problem I've had was last week. I wasn't able to meet quota for the first time as there wasn't enough work available over the weekend. Which was very unusual for LB. Makes me wonder if they were having some technical issues. I honestly can't say as no one has replied to my previous posts if they were having the same problems.

Thanks for replying! I have received conflicting information about pay.

Just a word of warning. Don't forget the NDA's and be careful what you say in these forums. I would delete the explicit parts of this thread.

I don't think I posted anything too confidential, in my opinion, but went ahead and deleted it just in case. If Libra or admin could delete the longer, lengthy quote copied above that be appreciated.

Otherwise, hope that helps Libra! :D
