These shops consist of posing as a typical customer to evaluate the interior and exterior appearance of the grocery store, evaluating one or more departments and the customer service you receive. You will be required to make a reimbursable purchase in order to evaluate both the cashier and bagger.
After the visit to the location, you will fill out an online survey consisting of some yes-no questions describing your experience.
