So I just appled to West and they sent me the Welcome email to do the Call Center certification. I did the first part section and it took a while. I'm nervous about the time limit at the top. How long do the other sections normally take? Will it be 48 hours after the time I finish the exams that I know if I am hired or not?

You shouldn't worry about the time, I didn't find it hard. Each section takes about 30 minutes or less, they give you MORE than enough time. :-)

Awesome! Was it long after you finished the modules before you heard back from them?

I finished the modules on a Friday Night, and heard back from them on ... Tuesday Morning, in the AM (like 5AM).

Okay so I finally finished up all my modules today!!!! Hopefully I will hear back within the 48 hours the email says!!!! Cross your fingers people!
