It depends on how big the PSD is and if they want me to convert it to HTML/CSS. If its just a couple of boxes with a simple fixed layout of

that's obviously not going to be as time consuming and expensive as one that has a layout of 3 column liquid layout with multiple rows per column.
But I usually charge between $150-$300.

Anywhere from $89.95 to $200, depending on the complexity of the design and other requirements.
