I'm looking for a candle or two made with the scent like the women's Cool Water perfume. This would be a gift for my BIL for Christmas. I'd prefer to purchase soy or palm wax candles with cotton wicks. Let me know if anyone has this or knows where I can find them. Thanks!

I still have one of those on hand if that's the case I'll give him that. I guess I need to go to a department store and get a sampler to find out exactly what this perfume smells like...
