i'm designing my web site and i want to display a flash, i tried to upload .swf to youtube but it pop-up an error as can't convert swf file, so pls tell me how to convert flash swf to flv youtube uploading format! thanks!

Or... here's a Google search with a bunch of free options. There's tons of software out there that will do this for you.
