I was an @rbonne consultant like 10 years ago and did alright but had to stop for personal reasons. Loved the company, loved the products and loved Rita and Petter..I still follow the company here and there and know they have been through some very serious changes. I've been thinking of coming back but am unsure especially after the passing of Petter Morck. He was such a visionary and made everything in @rbonne like Christmas. It was because of him and Rita I joined that company compared to the other ones I was thinking about.
So, my question is, how is Rita with the company? Does she plan to stay with them? How stable is the company with the recent changes going on? Very curious because if i do come back I truly want something to believe in.

It is so good of you to think about this before re-joining a company. I have to be very honost and tell you that I am so excited about @ right now. (It was very sad to lose Petter-I wish I had actually had a chance to meet him before his passing.) Rita is still our president and still going strong!!!! She's so amazing and so special--as you know.
I have really loved the products @ has come out with since last January, they have really been amazing! When I am on the conference calls with my team I can hear and feel the excitement coming through the lines - our leaders are just buzzing with excitment too. I think between having Peter M. join as the VP of product development and Kay as the new CEO we will be an upstoppable force!
If you are thinking of re-joining I would seriously encourage to sign up today! Why? You could start earning points for the trip-a cruise! And over the course of the year @ will be introducing over 150 new products (I am not sure, but I get a feeling they are expanding their health & wellness products). I also love the fact they they are looking to go even more green and have posted this and their committment to Pure, Safe and Beneficial products information on their website! (Can you tell I'm excited?!)
When I joined it was when @ was experiencing it's extreme growth - and some growing pains too. I have always loved the company and believed in the products but from my understanding from those who have been around longer than me (4 1/2 years) the company seems like it is returning to its roots.

I agree with Julie! It is a great time to re-join. Everything she said is right on.
