I passed the online test for kgb and have received the other training materials.
I have been looking through the posts and it looks like a lot to do to make under and average of $2 an hour?
I'm surprised so many want to be "agents" at this rate?!
Why do you enjoy kgb?

I personally enjoy working for kgb because I have the option to work from home. I have to stay at home anyways for my kids so I may as well make a couple of bucks even if it is $3-5 an hour. All I can say is that you will get faster as you go. Bookmarks, links, whatever you need to make you faster use it. I also like the fact that they are in constant contact with you. If they are making improvements, having issues, you are the first to know.
I'm saying this after working for them since January :)

I am a stay at home mom and I like it because, while it's not a lot, it does help to pay for bills or just give us some extra spending money.

I work for KGB and am happy if I can make $3 an hour...I guess just being able to log onto your PC and make $$ is great, it may not be 'minimum wage', but being able to just sit down and earn money isn't bad.
I kind of consider it my 'virtual change jar'. Its never going to feed the family or anything.

It always makes me laugh when people complain about the amount they earn per hour. When you signed your Independent Contractor Agreement we agreed to a price paid for piece work. kgb_ didn't guarantee a specific hourly wage.
I enjoy working as an IC for kgb_ since I can work my own hours. I can schedule around my son's football games and my other son's baseball games or any of their activities. kgb_ will never make me rich, but it can be equivalent to a part time job. You get out what you put into it. For me giving quality answers and helping others in chat and within their reviews is very rewarding.

They sent an email out saying they were going to change the text taking tool, my guess is there is probably some kind of transition outage, I haven't tried tonight but it seems likely.
