Just started, and selected a shift to work, but then when I click on start taking text, it says we don't need any textperts right now. So then why is a shift available?

Make sure you are looking and selecting the right time block in Rota, it can be a little confusing! If it's light-pink it's available!
Honestly, most of the time you can just sign into kgb_ without a ROTA shift scheduled and work due to high volumes.

Sorry for not responding yesterday, blondeys. I didn't make it to my computer at all during the holiday.
The rota can be confusing. Make sure you are looking at it in your own time zone to ensure you are working when you wish to work.
When the schedule is pink kgb_ is projecting how many workers are needed in that shift. Some times the projection and the actual number differ. They want to keep it fair for those who scheduled that shift to earn money, so they lock others out.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. Hope that counts towards the 8 hours a month. I was selecting the pink or blue for the shifts but sometimes, it gives me that message and I have to keep trying.

542542.com (http://542542.com/)is kgb_'s website. To become an agent you will need to take the agent challenge. When you pass you will start training. Good luck!
